By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, constituting a binding legal agreement between you and EduExtra, managed by Cocreate Pvt Ltd (a legal entity registered under the corporate law of the Maldives). If you do not agree with the Terms of Service, refrain from using the Services.
2. EduExtra’s services are suitable for children aged 12 and above. However, children under 18 must not attempt to subscribe to our service without parental consent.
3. The Services, including the content of the Site, are meant for educational and entertainment purposes only.
4. EduExtra reserves the right to withhold, remove, alter, amend, and/or discard any content on the Site for any reason with or without notice.
5. We do not provide any guarantee, representation, warranty, or agreement, whether express or implied, regarding the validity, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information and/or services provided on or through the Site. Users rely on such content and/or services at their own risk.
6. We do not guarantee that videos or files available on the Site will be free of contaminating or damaging code such as viruses.
7. We are not associated with any third party named or linked on the Site and do not have authority over such third parties.
8. EduExtra reserves all relevant rights to the content on the Site not expressly granted in the Terms & Conditions.
9. We do not guarantee any outcome in formal or informal academic testing.
10. Users agree not to modify, download, reproduce, copy, or resell any material featured on the Site, commercially use the Services, use another member’s account, log into the Site on more than one device simultaneously, or solicit personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes.
11. Access to content requires a monthly subject subscription (Please refer to HOW TO USE page). Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to do so may result in termination of subscription.
12. Subscription can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be provided.
13. EduExtra reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove all or part of the Terms of Service at any time. Amended terms will be posted on the Site and will apply from the date of posting.
14. EduExtra may need to withdraw, modify, discontinue, or temporarily or permanently suspend aspects of the Site, and we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice.
15. We have procedures in place to safeguard your data wherever it is processed, and we endeavour at all times to keep it secure. However, no electronic information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely safe against unauthorised access or abuse.
